Learning what a Registered Dietitian is all about 

  • Free 10-15 minute group education about what a dietitian is with Q&A portion
    Specialize education based off population and their questions and needs

Free Nutrition Classes

Multigenerational Family Eating Well (Senior Eating Well)

  • Starting Tuesday, May 11th, or Thursday, May 13th, join us for a 6- week free education course via Zoom.
    • Tuesday classes are at 10 am
    • Thursday classes are at 3 pm

Dig in Program

  • Starting in July, join us for in-person hands-on classes integrated with garden learning and food tasting.
